About

Michael Goh is a practicing astrologer and Feng Shui consultant whose work encompasses the principal traditions of the Western astrological canon as well as the traditional metaphysical systems of China. His involvement in these disciplines began in the early 2000s and has since matured into a balanced and comprehensive practice across both astrology and Chinese metaphysical arts.

His astrological work spans the established Western tradition in its classical and modern forms, while his study of Chinese astrology includes the Chinese natal astrology system Qi Zheng Si Yu (七政四余), whose foundations began in the Tang dynasty and whose full development occurred from the Song through the Ming dynasties. In application, his Western astrological practice is enriched by selected techniques from Chinese natal astrology, broadening interpretive range and analytical depth.

In the field of Chinese metaphysics beyond natal astrology, he is trained in Feng Shui, encompassing both the Form School (形峦), which emphasizes landforms, and the Compass School (理气), which focuses on Qi, as well as in Qi Men Dun Jia (奇门遁甲), a traditional Chinese metaphysical system concerned with the analysis of time, space, and human agency, and used for strategic timing, decision-making, and the optimization of outcomes. Both his Feng Shui and Qi Men Dun Jia practices are firmly grounded in the cosmological principles that underlie the wider corpus of Chinese metaphysical arts.

Based in Singapore, he maintains a private practice spanning his fields of expertise, offering mentorship and structured courses in Feng Shui and astrology for students seeking to deepen their engagement with these traditions, guiding them toward a disciplined and well-structured approach to metaphysical studies.
